Dr. Norma Arce along with The Holy Spirit and her husband Pastor Rafael started ministry with a woman’s ministry. It was founded by a call from God the ministry was called Entre Amigas Among Friends, Inc. The Lord has given Reverend Norma a passion to seek out all those who have been turned away from the Kingdom and return them to take the place God has given them.

Payment Due Date

Application Fees are due upon application. Applications submitted without the appropriate application fee will not be processed until the fee is paid.

Tuition is due prior to commencement of classwork. Students electing to pay tuition by monthly installments are expected to pay the first installment prior to beginning coursework. Subsequent installments will be billed the first of every subsequent month until paid in full. Monthly installments are due regardless of the progress the student makes. A $35.00 per month late fee will be assessed on the 10th day of each month to each monthly installment that is unpaid. If a student account becomes more than 60 days past due, a final notice will be issued and if the account balance is not brought current prior to the 90th day, the student account will be closed. Student accounts closed by reason of payment default may be reinstated by paying (i) all late payment fees which accrued on the students account prior to account closure, plus (ii) unpaid tuition,less the sum of monthly payment made against such tuition prior to account closure.
